Creating an account:
When you create your first ticket, you simultaneously create your account (only once).
- You fill out all required fields (marked *).
- You add a copy of your delivery note (required).
- Eventually you can add pictures (of damage, defect, installation, ...) to support
your ticket/claim.
- Click on "Send" to validate your ticket.
Immediately you will receive an email confirming the reception of your ticket. In this email you will also find a hyperlink to your ticket.
A little later you will receive a second mail to confirm your account and to set your personal password.
With your email address and password, you can log in later to check the status of your ticket(s) or to create a new ticket.
